Garden City, New York, USA. October 23, 2015. Photo of astronaut Edwin BUZZ ALDRIN, in spacesuit walking on lunar surface, was taken by Neil Armstrong on July 20, 1969, during Apollo 11 mission. It's sometimes misidentified as being photo of Armstrong, explained Aldrin, the second person to walk on the moon. The audience saw the photo projected on the dome of the jetBlue Sky Theater Planetarium at Long Island's Cradle of Aviation Museum. Then Aldrin signed copies of his new Children's Middle Grade book Welcome to Mars: Making a Home on the Red Planet.
