Three world renowned street artists - PHETUS, MAS PAZ, and SONIC - are decorating with graffiti the rear walls of the Hunting Arts Council building, at the art event "Off the Walls" Block Party, by SPARKBOOM, a project the council created to help emerging artists, showcase talents, and help its artistic family network.
