At center, is flag of the United States of America has 50 small 5-pointed white stars, representing the 50 states of the union, in nine offset horizontal rows on a field of blue in upper corner, and horizontal 13 stripes alternating in color, 7 red stripes and 6 white stripes, representing the original 13 colonies.
At right, is flag of the Netherlands is three equal horizontal stripes - red (bright vermilion) stripe on top, white (silver) stripe in middle, and blue (cobalt blue) stripe on bottom.
