Nassau County Police Emerald Society Pipes & Drums band performs during the county's commemoration of 19th anniversary of September 11 terrorist attacks with Remembrance Ceremony at Eisenhower Park. County Executive LAURA CURRAN, wearing black and standing by flag, wore a face mask, as did all others when social distancing wasn't possible. Event was held at Harry Chapin Lakeside Theater, instead of 9/11 Memorial across the pond, because of rain prediction.
