NYC, NY, USA. 19th Nov. 2015. At an outer entrance to Madison Square Garden, a NYPD (New York Police Department) officer is stationed, looking at his smart phone. Many tourists, workers, and law enforcement officers are seen throughout midtown Manhattan, the day after an ISIS propaganda video came out threatening New York City, particularly Times Square. NYC's Mayor and Police Commissioner both said there is no specific and credible threat against New York City.
