BERNIE HOFFMAN is pointing to his 1967 E Type Jaguar 4.2 Series 1 as he explains it was the last year for a long time that headlights covered with glass were legal, at the 58th Annual Easter Sunday Vintage Car Parade and Show sponsored by the Garden City Chamber of Commerce. Hundreds of authentic old motorcars, 1898-1988, including antiques, classic, and special interest participated in the parade.
