The Miss Eloquent Winners were Hailey Orgass, Miss Wantagh 2012, and Belinda Lia (center in blue gown).Since 1956, the Miss Wantagh Pageant, which is not a beauty pageant, has crowned a high school student based mainly on academic excellence and community service.
